Supplier Evaluation
Manufacturing Facility Audit
A factory audit ensures that the supplier or vendor can design and produce according to normative requirements. It also ensures that a new or existing manufacturer can deliver quality products, undertake continuous improvements and operate efficiently. Our annual factory inspections determine if the products to be manufactured/certified fulfil the correct requirements. By providing a means to examine a factory’s structure, organization, quality process and experience, our audit enables you to compare potential suppliers and select a viable source.
We employ auditors who will conduct meticulous on-site evaluations of the factory. The auditors will perform an independent assessment of the factory’s capability, production capacity, credentials, production line management, and workforce.
Each audit is unique and carried out to client specifications, however, our supplier qualification audit checklist consists of over 50 checkpoints, including:
- Factory profile & experience
- Production lines
- Facilities, machinery, and equipment
- Licenses, certificates, and bank account information
- Employee working conditions
- Management system, including storage, IQC/IPQC/FQC, profile & experience
Code of Conduct Audit
Our Code of Conduct (COC) Audit is also known as Corporate Social Responsibility Audit. We review companies in line with the ethical and legal standards that govern corporate and business practices. By implementing a COC Audit, a manufacturer demonstrates its commitment to operate its business with the highest ethical standards, exceeding legal minimums. Each brand and importer can develop its own COC standard to which manufacturers are expected to comply, or they can adopt internationally recognised methods. Our standards are customized to meet retailers’ requirements, which are based on International Labour Organization requirements.
When you are planning to engage with a new or existing manufacturer, our auditors can help you to carry out a thorough check on the social performance of the factory. It is also recommended to perform a regular follow-up audit on a yearly basis, to ensure the manufacturer continues to comply with internationally-recognized standards.
Key criteria covered in a Code of Conduct Audit:
- Health and Safety Practices
- Environmental Management
- Wages and Working Hours
- Child Labour
- Freedom of Association
- Discrimination

We obtained information from the official database of local governments, financial institutions, as well as credit reporting agencies. Health, Safety & Environment Audit
A Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) audit is a primary tool for ensuring proper compliance with all objectives, priorities, and management concerns regarding HSE.
In addition, this audit determines the effectiveness and efficiency of any policies and procedures related to HSE activities.
This audit is a top to bottom, structured process that considers all aspects of the HSE system and ultimately provides instruction on the validity of the current system in the manufacturing facility. Therefore, it is essential that any HSE audit be prepared for, and more importantly, that all measures are consistently in place so that the potential for a successful audit is always assured.
