Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), or the Final Inspection, is the most common inspection to validate your shipment’s quality standard. It usually requires production to be 80% completed and goods packed into cartons. Our trusted and thorough Pre-Shipment Inspection offers you the peace of mind that your order has been filled successfully before it is shipped.

We schedule our Pre-Shipment Inspection at least 2-5 working days before the planned loading date of your container in order to give you enough time to review our report and decide whether to release the shipment as planned, or to discuss corrective actions with the manufacturer.

In-Process Inspections can be performed when at least 10% of an order is completed, but are typically carried out around 20-60% completion. During the inspection, we can detect problems at an earlier production stage which allows more time for correction if issues arise. We can also give a clear indication whether the production process is on schedule for shipment.

If it is requested by either the buyer or the seller, we can perform thorough visual inspections of any shipment to ensure that the cargo is in sound condition and has been stowed properly. This inspection provides you the assurance that the cargo being shipped is the correct product that you are buying or selling, and that the respective cargo is air and sea-worthy.

Our standardized inspections include the following steps:

1. Perform a thorough inspection of the container and truck to ensure there is no visible damage or leakage, and to check that the container is in good condition.
2. Record all relevant container loading conditions, including weather, arrival time of containers, container number, and truck number.
3. Inspect product packaging to confirm carton dimension, carton strength, and gross weight, as well as to check for any shipping marks.
4. Perform our Container Loading Inspection. This includes verifying the quantity of goods intended for the container, their quality, and that the correct products are loaded as per the order. This is performed through a random sample check.
5. Record and photograph the container loading process.
6. Record the seal number of container.

Once these checks are completed, the container will be sealed with a Bheema Resources seal as proof of compliance and an inspection report will be issued to you to confirm that the shipment is ready to go.
