Whether you require testing in the United States, European Union, China, Canada, Japan, Germany, Australia, or New Zealand, our labs are accredited with the relevant governing bodies which gives you the added assurance, quality and safety requirements. If you require testing outside of our listed countries, please do contact us as we would be happy to arrange a solution that fits your specific needs.
Audit Approach
Our audit methodology includes but is not limited to:
(i) Random Selection
(ii) Systematic Selection
(iii) Stratified Selection
(iv) Haphazard Selection
(v) Block Selection
Our audit sampling is an investigation in which less than 100% of the total items within the population of items are selected to be audited. Our audit techniques provide supporting evidence that allows us to issue a clear and informed opinion without having to select every single item and transaction within your shipment. The representation of our audit sampling gives a baseline on the overall quality of production.

Manufacturing Facility Audit
The most integral aspect of the supply chain is a quality manufacturing facility audit. We employ auditors who will conduct meticulous on-site evaluations and provide any recommendations to increase the quality of your production facility. Our ultimate goal is to ensure smooth production and an uninterrupted supply of goods
Our auditors perform an independent assessment of the factory’s credentials, as well as its capability, production capacity and performance, production line management, and its workforce. Each audit is unique and carried out to client’s specifications.
Criteria for our Facility Audit checklist includes:
- Factory profile & experience
- Production lines
- Facilities, machinery, and equipment
- Licenses, certificates, bank account information
- Employee working conditions.
- Management system: storage, IQC/IPQC/FQC, profile & experience
The key to the selection of a manufacturing plant is the need to get it right the first time. A quality facility reduces the burden on your vendors, and at the same time gives you peace of mind that your production plan is moving in tandem with the fulfilment of your clients’ orders.
Compliance & Standards
Our inspection processes are carried out to check the status and quality of products at various stages of production, as well as to verify the products against order specifications. Overall, we provide inspection services for pre-production (PPI), during production (DPI/DUPRO), as well as pre-shipment. A report will be issued to the client within 24 hours after any completed inspection.
We carry out these inspections specifically within the requirements of our clients, as well as within international standards, before shipment. Our inspection is based on international inspection guidance, as well as the Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) of normal inspection.
